Back Serving Player

Posted on 22 April 2010 by admin

For Back serving player tennis strategy to work you need to choose strong serving tennis players and if possible weak returners. Back serving player is scalping strategy that means you will profit from small price movement and in very short time.

Use this strategy on ATP tennis matches only!

When tennis player holds his serve odds for him will move down usually by 4 ticks to even 20 ticks(if it’s 3rd set) .

Steps:

1) Back strong serving player before his service game.

2) Once he holds put Lay bet to green out.

Now you can repeat the process when player serves again. Or you can trade on opposite player if both  players looks equally skilled and it looks like the set will be going to tie-break.

You can even Back serving player if he is 0-15 or even 0-30* down if you can clearly see that point was unlucky coincidence for a serving player. When score is 0-15 or 0-30 odds will go up by many more ticks than player simply holding his serve. There is very tiny chance that player with strong serve will lose game with 0-40. Even if he loses most likely there will be a score 30-30 or 40-40 before he loses the game. So you’ll have plenty off opportunities to green out or leave with no loses.

* Back 0-30 only if you can clearly see that it was occurrence of unlucky points for a serving player.

If things goes against you then you have two options straightly after a strong serving favorite lost his game, you can trade out and lose some money on both players. Or you can wait and hope that your backed player will break back. You should watch and analyze game closely to decide which option will be better for your situation.

To be more secure you can Back only match favorites(1.7 and lower).  Even if a player loses his game he can break back or win second set. The chance for a comeback will be bigger if player is match favorite.

Be careful and never put a bet on player if he looks weaker than his opponent or he is struggling with his serve.  Most likely there will be a break from one player or another sooner or later.

To get feel of the match I recommend to watch at least 2-4 games via live stream before start trading.
